POLICIES

In order to provide all of our clients with great service and the best experience, OUR POLICIES are as follows:

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service total. If you cancel your appointment, for any reason, your deposit is NOT refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Microblading is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, without giving at least a 48 hours’ notice you will lose your $100 non-refundable deposit, and will be required to put down a new additional $100 deposit to secure another appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule once and reapply your $100 deposit to a new date.

TARDINESS: Please plan to arrive at Hapa Brows on time. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment. If you are late it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results. In the event that a client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit, as we are not able to sell this time to another client. In the event of a no show, you will lose your deposit and will be banned from rebooking.

ALL PERMANENT COSMETIC PROCEDURES ARE MULTI-SESSION PROCESSES. A 4-8 week touch up is recommended after your initial session. This allows for the artist to assess the healed result and color and make any adjustments. At the touch up appointment we can address any areas that are lighter or patchy, if can add shading if needed or desired, or go darker with colors. If you are happy with the healed results from the initial session, the touch up is optional.

CLIENT-ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM: Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. It is important the artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family can be a distraction for both the client and artist.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT: Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:

  • Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/acne)
  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist or Hapa Brows, might compromise the artist’s or Hapa Brows ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt other clients.
